  • Numerous private and public actors are federated within organisations that work to develop the wood-energy industry in the Hautes-Alpes: COFOR (association of the Hautes-Alpes’ forest localities), FIBOIS (professionals of the wood industry in the Hautes-Alpes and Alpes de Haute-Provence), OFME (National Forest Office), Cooperation Provence Forêt, ABC Bois-Construction, etc. 
  • One project out of three wood boilers in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur is located in the Hautes-Alpes.
