The Solar industry in the Hautes-Alpes

  • Several projects of photovoltaic parks in the South of the Hautes-Alpes (for example within Le Pöet locality, an 8 MW of photovoltaic power plant project occupying 16 ha of land.
  • A public consultation of the Hautes-Alpes General Council to develop a solar project sited on about twenty hectares close to the aeronautics premises and the leisure park at Le Chevalet Airfield in Aspres-sur-Buëch.

Hydroelectricity

  • First-class Hydroelectric sites : the Serre-Ponçon lake, electric power plants along the Durance river and canal;
