Land Development Aid (PAT)

The Land Development Aid is a national regional aid. To take advantage of it, the company must be located in an AFR zone. In the Hautes-Alpes, 6 localities are part of the AFR zone:  Châteauvieux, Gap, Laragne, Neffes, Ribiers and Tallard. This aid is directed to business creation, business development and business acquisition.


Eligibility criteria


To be granted the PAT in the Hautes-Alpes, businesses need to comply with the following conditions:

Business creation

  • 26 jobs created AND 5 million € investment

Or

  • 50 jobs

Business extension

  • 26 jobs created AND 50% growth of salary mass

Or

  • 50 created jobs 25 M€ investment

Business acquisition

The employment situation in the area has to be very damaged AND the acquisition project must durably and structurally restore competitiveness and contribute to diversify access to market AND maintain at least 160 jobs AND invest 15 M€.


Eligible aid


This is an aid from DIACT (inter-ministerial delegation for territory management and competitiveness) with a 15,000 € per job ceiling within the limits of public aids.

The aid is calculated based on investments (tax excluded): property, building, equipment and some immaterial investments, or salary charges upon 2 years (at full additional employment). The choice is based upon the criterion most favorable to the company.
